Public enthusiasm accompanied the activities from beginning to end, combining comprehensive theory with practical, hands-on application.
Opening Remarks & Report
The event was officially opened with warm remarks from Mr. I Putu Libra Setiawa, S.E. as the Head of Budeng Village, followed by a progress report and the objectives of the activity by I Made Dwi Guna Wijaya, Coordinator of the Bina Desa Team.
Biofloc System Education
The core material presentation session was delivered by an expert speaker, Mr. Made Susi Erawan (Fisheries Extension Officer). He discussed the proper procedures for tilapia biofloc cultivation, as well as the key to maintaining the Carbon/Nitrogen (C/N) ratio.
Natural Probiotic Practice
The Bina Desa Team demonstrated the concoction of natural probiotics directly in front of the residents. Using a smart combination of herbal ingredients, bran, molasses, and an eco-friendly bacterial starter.
Benefits & Sustainable Goals
This natural probiotic concoction is proven effective in maintaining the fish's digestive system, while also serving as an innovative solution to reduce operational costs of purchasing increasingly expensive artificial feed.
